Jin Fei Smart City is a project that is scheduled to be completed by 2022. This project covers 14,000 square meters and includes stores, an arcade, a restaurant and a movie theater, among others. The House of Culture is also under construction as is an apartment hotel which is also on the drawing board. The Jin-Fei Smart City is an ambitious project whose creation will take eight years and will require investments of around Rs 30 billion. In addition to the construction of the Garden of Eden, the first phase also includes the construction of a 5-star hotel with 185 rooms. This hotel project will consist of two 60-meter high towers. Work will start in January 2018 on a plot of land located next to the Jardin d'Eden square. In parallel will also start the construction of 19 French-style luxury villas along the Baie du Tombeau river, a cliff top restaurant and an entrepreneur club that will take the shape of a boat. All projects outside the Garden of Eden plaza were designed by the French architectural firm Architecture Concept and Partners led by Jacques Delpy and Nadine Catherine.
